Bureau Services
We provide book-keeping, VAT, payroll and construction industry scheme bureaus. For limited companies our company secretarial services deal with all documents submitted to Companies House.
Business Size and Type
We will help part-time business or one to £5 million turnover – sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Management advice is given where required and interim accounts can be provided.
Accounts and Taxation
Annual financial accounts are prepared at your convenience and business taxation services supplied, including any related tax return.
We will also prepare your personal tax returns.
Taxation advice is expected to be given including for income tax, corporation tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax. Tax planning is essential to ensure they are not overpaid.
IR35
For freelance contractors we assist with all IR35 matters including contracts and negotiations if needed with H M Revenue and Customs.
Tax Investigations Cover
Our fixed fee cover for Tax Investigation work does cover IR35 situations as well as for full and aspect tax investigations, PAYE and VAT compliance visits and personal tax checks. Prices start below £50 p.a.
Additional Services
Additional services include general advice and assistance in obtaining mortgages, business loans and pensions. We assist in producing business plans and cashflow forecasts for new and existing businesses.
